      • Refunds: No refunds are available for the monthly retainer fee.
      • Cancellation Notice: To discontinue or alter services, clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ advance notice. Failure to do so will result in the standard billing for the next month.
      • Services Included: The specifics of the monthly retainer services will be outlined in the individual service agreement provided at the commencement of services.
  3. Project-Based Services
    • For individual projects or services, including but not limited to marketing campaign management, website development, branding, or new PR initiatives:
      • Custom Agreements: Each project will have its own custom agreement detailing the scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, and other relevant terms.
      • Payment Terms: Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
  4. Client Communication
    • Maintaining open and regular communication with our clients is crucial. We encourage clients to engage with us, provide feedback, and express any concerns as their projects progress.
    • Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide timely responses and necessary materials or information critical for the successful completion of services.
  5. Changes and Modifications
    • Requesting Changes: Clients may request changes to the scope of work. Such requests will be evaluated, and additional charges may apply.
    • Modifications to Agreements: Any changes or modifications to the original service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • Just Get Known shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising from our services.
